- Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 3 days after delivery.
- It is necessary to have complete unboxing video of your product received.
- Faisal Fabrics will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Faisal Fabrics will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
- Faisal Fabrics is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Faisal Fabrics will bear the shipping costs on wrong merchandise only.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 03 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- Faisal Fabrics reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
- Faisal Fabrics reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
You may not cancel any Paid or order for custom stich product(s). Once a product is shipped or proceed for stitching department, the 'Exchange and Return Policy' will apply for the order cancellations.
Faisal Fabrics has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. .
- Pre booking order is not eligible for cancellation.
- International order's are not eligible for cancellation.
- The Product must be like in same condition as delivered, Unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, with original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
- In case of receiving a damaged product, It is necessary to have complete unboxing video of your product received.
- Any items that are on discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Pre booking orders are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
- Formal / Chiffon Collection are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
- Return or Exchange due to change of mind is NOT applicable on the following items:
- Stitched or Tailor-made Fabric
Please note that the return cannot be processed if your complaint contains insufficient details.Note: All products on our website are 100% original and delivered by Brand, any customer who claims that product is not original must have proof form brand. otherwise return will not accepted.

1. Order Number.
2. Phone number/Email id.
3. Mention complete details of your issue.
4. Attach a complete unboxing video of your product received.
5. Attach a complete video of the problem in question.
Shipment Method for Return or Exchange
Once you have created your return request as described above, our customer care team will guide you to ship the product/item back to origin. Depending on the situation, you will either take your product / item to nearest drop-off point or wait for the collection by our pick-up service. Our pick-up service is only available in selected areas. It may take 3 – 4 working days for your return shipment to arrive on origin.
Refunds or Exchange Policy.
Once we receive your item at origin, we will notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. Although it depends on the criteria of product and your choice, the product is refundable or exchangeable.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred payment method within 48 hours.
Transit time for the Exchange shipment is same as our standard delivery time (3 to 5 Business days) from the time exchange is shipped. You will be entitled to get an exchange of an equal value as your original order.
