Stitching Policy
Stitching services at FaisalFabrics.pk are offered as a value-added customization feature. All stitched and made-to-order items are processed strictly based on customer selection and provided details.
1. Order Nature
All stitched and made-to-order items are:
- Custom-made upon order confirmation
- Processed specifically as per selected size and provided measurements
👉 Therefore, such orders are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once confirmed.
By placing a stitching order, the customer acknowledges that the product is custom-made and waives standard return and refund rights.
2. Cancellation Policy (Stitching Orders)
- Stitching orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours:
- It may be approved at the sole discretion of FaisalFabrics.pk
- A minimum 50% deduction will apply
After 24 hours:
- ❌ Cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances
3. Stitching Options
Customers may choose from:
- Standard Sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL) based on our size chart
- Custom Size by submitting measurements
If no measurements are provided:
- Stitching will be completed using selected size and standard tailoring judgment
4. Advance Payment & Confirmation
- All stitching orders require advance payment
- Full payment is required for custom stitching orders
Orders will only be processed after:
- Payment verification
- Receipt of required details (where applicable)
5. Measurement Responsibility
- Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements
- Measurements once submitted are considered final and binding
FaisalFabrics.pk will not be responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete measurements
- Incomplete submissions
- Misinterpretation by the customer
👉 Any fitting issue arising from customer-provided measurements will not be considered a defect
6. Measurement Approval
Measurement approval applies only to custom stitching orders.
- Once measurements are submitted and approved, they are treated as final
- No changes or revisions can be made once stitching has started
7. Measurement Delay / Customer Inaction
If required measurements or details are not provided:
- The order will be placed on hold
FaisalFabrics.pk will hold such orders for a maximum of 45 days
If no response is received:
- The order will be treated as customer abandonment
- The order may be cancelled without refund
- The product may be released, reassigned, or disposed of
❌ No claim, refund, or dispute will be applicable
8. Stitching Timeline
Stitching timelines are estimates only.
Standard stitching duration: 6–7 working weeks (excluding brand processing time)
👉 Timeline starts:
- For ready/available items → from order confirmation
- For custom sizes → after receiving complete measurements
- For pre-booking / restock items → after stock becomes available
Delays due to fabric unavailability, missing measurements, courier issues, brand-side delays, or operational constraints may affect dispatch timelines.
❌ Such delays are not valid grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute
9. Delays & External Factors
Stitching timelines may be affected by:
- Fabric availability
- Incomplete or incorrect measurements
- Production constraints
- Brand delays
- Public holidays
- Political conditions
- Weather conditions
- Courier or logistics delays
- Any unforeseen circumstances
👉 Customers agree to accept revised timelines
❌ Delays are not valid grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute
10. No Claims Clause
FaisalFabrics.pk will not entertain claims related to stitched products once completed as per customer-provided or approved measurements, except in cases of verified production defects reported within the allowed complaint window.
11. Complaint & Reporting Window
- Stitching-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
❌ No claims will be accepted after this period
👉 Product must be unused and in original condition
12. Stitching Variations
Minor variations may occur due to:
- Fabric limitations
- Tailoring methods
- Embellishment availability
Measurement tolerance of 0.5 – 1.5 inches is considered acceptable
👉 These are not considered defects
13. Design & Fabric Limitations
- Certain designs may not be feasible due to fabric or style constraints
- Adjustments may be made using professional tailoring judgment
👉 No further approval will be required once stitching begins
14. Product Representation & Color Disclaimer
Product images are for reference only and may include styling, fittings, or adjustments done for model presentation.
The final stitched outfit may differ in appearance, fit, or fall depending on the customer’s body measurements and proportions.
Product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
Final product is based on actual fabric and stitching outcome, not styled catalogue images.
👉 Such differences will not be considered defects or valid grounds for return, refund, or dispute.
15. Third-Party Stitching Disclaimer
Stitching services may be performed by:
- Partner vendors
- External tailoring units
FaisalFabrics.pk acts as a facilitator and will not be responsible for:
- Minor variations
- Production delays
16. Customer Responsibility
Customers agree that:
- All provided information is accurate
- They understand stitching limitations
- They accept possible variations
👉 Personal preferences, expectations, or styling differences are not considered defects
17. Chargeback & Dispute Protection
By placing a stitching order, the customer agrees that:
- Custom-made products are exempt from return and refund claims
- Such orders are not eligible for chargeback under standard payment network rules
FaisalFabrics.pk will defend all disputes using:
- Order details
- Measurement records
- Policy acceptance
Any dispute or claim raised in violation of this policy will be defended using order records, measurement data, and customer acceptance of terms.

19. Policy Updates
FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
20. Acceptance
By placing a stitching order, the customer confirms that:
- They have read and understood this policy
- They agree to all terms and conditions
