Order Cancellation Policy

FaisalFabrics.pk operates as a multi-brand marketplace connecting customers with independent brands. All orders are processed under defined policies to ensure transparency, operational clarity, and compliance with applicable payment and banking standards.

This policy forms part of the order terms and applies to all purchases placed through FaisalFabrics.pk.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Nature

All orders placed on FaisalFabrics.pk are final and not eligible for cancellation, except in cases explicitly defined in this policy.

Requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:

  • Change of mind
  • Liking or disliking the product
  • Delivery delays
  • Event-based requirements (Eid, weddings, etc.)
  • Size, fitting, or preference-related concerns
  • Any reason not covered under this policy

2. Pre-Booking / New Launch / Partial Payment Orders

Orders placed under pre-booking or new launches:

  • Are not eligible for cancellation
  • Any advance or token amount confirms reservation of limited stock

Partial payments made against any order are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

3. Cancellation Rules

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement and is approved:

  • A fixed 5% deduction will apply as bank and payment processing charges (including gateway and transaction costs)

After 24 Hours:

  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances

All cancellation requests are subject to approval by FaisalFabrics.pk.

4. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, no refund or cancellation will be applicable in case of any customer-requested modifications, including but not limited to:

  • Removal of item(s) from the order
  • Removal of stitching or any add-ons
  • Changes in shipping method
  • Removal or adjustment of shipping charges
  • Any request made after order confirmation

All such requests, if entertained, will be processed strictly at the discretion of FaisalFabrics.pk and will not qualify for any refund, cancellation, or dispute claim under any circumstances.

Any request for modification after order placement shall be treated as a customer-initiated change and will not be considered a valid reason for refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

5. Stitching / Made-to-Order Orders (Cancellation)

All stitched and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed and confirmed by the customer.

Such orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement & FaisalFabrics.pk reviews and approves the request:

  • A minimum 50% deduction will apply

After 24 hours:

  • No cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances

Fitting issues, styling preferences, or expectation differences are not considered defects.

In case of stitching or customization, delays caused due to customer inaction (including failure to provide measurements) will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Further terms are governed under the Stitching Policy.

Refund Policy

👉 Important: Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
All refunds are subject to approval under the Refund Policy.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable by default and are only considered in limited cases where FaisalFabrics.pk reviews and approves the request.

a) Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Item

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Any complaint reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be reviewed or approved under any circumstances.
  • Courier tracking status will be treated as final
  • Unboxing video is mandatory

❌ Requests without required proof will not be approved

✔ If the issue is verified and approved:

  • If replacement is available → No refund
  • If replacement is not available → refund or store credit (at discretion)

b) Non-Delivery (Lost Shipment)

  • Applicable only if courier confirms shipment as lost
  • If online tracking shows “Delivered”, any claim must be reported within 24 hours. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

❌ Any complaint reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be reviewed or approved under any circumstances.

For international shipments:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the declared shipment value submitted to courier or customs authorities, which may differ from the total order value.

c) Platform Error

  • Duplicate payment
  • Order cancelled by FaisalFabrics.pk due to stock/system issue

7. Refund Method

8. Currency Clause

  • All refunds are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)
  • FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for:
    • Exchange rate differences
    • Currency fluctuations
    • Bank conversion charges

FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for any gain or loss caused by currency conversion differences between payment and refund date.

9. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payment processing charges (5%)
  • Shipping charges (forward & return)
  • Stitching/customization charges
  • COD handling charges
  • Any third-party service charges

- For all online card payments, payment processing charges (including bank fees, gateway fees, and transaction costs) are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation or refund, these charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

10. International Orders

All international orders are:

  • Not eligible for refund
  • Not eligible for return or exchange

- FaisalFabrics.pk does not offer refunds for international orders under normal circumstances.
- Any exception will be at the sole discretion of FaisalFabrics.pk and may be limited to store credit only.

11. Complaint Window

All complaints must be reported within:
👉 24 hours of delivery (as per courier tracking)
❌ Complaints after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances

12. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact FaisalFabrics.pk before initiating any dispute.

In case of a chargeback, FaisalFabrics.pk may provide:

  • Order confirmation & payment records
  • Delivery proof (courier tracking)
  • Communication history
  • Policy acceptance records

- Any misuse or fraudulent dispute activity may result in account restriction and refusal of future service.
- All disputes will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable payment network rules.

13. Policy Updates

FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Changes will be effective upon publication.

14. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy.

Paid Custom Stitch / Made to order:

Order(s) placed with custom stitch option are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Minimum 50% deduction will be done in case of cancelation request received within 24 hours, after 24 hrs order can't be cancelled.
