SHIPPING POLICY

FaisalFabrics.pk operates as a multi-brand marketplace where products are sourced and fulfilled by independent brands. Shipping timelines may vary depending on product type, brand, and order specifications.

This policy forms part of the order terms and applies to all purchases placed through FaisalFabrics.pk.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after confirmation and/or payment verification
  • Orders may require additional time for:
  • Quality checks (QC)
  • Stock confirmation
  • Brand coordination

FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Quality control issues
  • Incorrect product information
  • Operational or technical limitations

2. Dispatch & Shipping Timelines

Estimated dispatch timelines are displayed on each product page and are considered part of the order terms.

Local Orders (Pakistan)

  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 working days after dispatch (for unstitched / ready-to-ship items)

International Orders

  • Delivery typically takes 7–12 working days after dispatch (for unstitched / non-custom items)

Stitched / Made-to-Order Items

Delivery for stitched/custom orders consists of two stages:

  1. Dispatch Timeline (as shown on product page)
  2. Stitching Timeline (typically 4–6 working weeks)

Stitching timeline will only begin:

  • After the product reaches the stitching unit
  • After complete and correct measurements are provided by the customer

Important Notes

  • Dispatch timelines may vary due to brand-side processing and availability
  • International orders may experience additional fluctuation of up to ±3 weeks due to:
  • Customs clearance
  • Country-specific regulations
  • Brand-side dispatch timelines

All timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Delays & Force Majeure

FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Brand-side delays
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events
  • Political unrest, strikes, or war-related situations

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or dispute.

4. Courier & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners
  • Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched

Courier tracking status will be treated as: ➡️ Final and valid proof of shipment and delivery

5. Delivery Confirmation & Proof

FaisalFabrics.pk relies on electronic delivery confirmation provided by courier partners, including:

  • Tracking status
  • Delivery timestamps
  • Courier remarks

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier will be treated as successfully delivered.

  • Physical or signed delivery receipts may not be available in all cases

If a customer claims non-receipt:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery status

Claims reported after this period will not be considered.

Operational limitations such as:

  • Contactless delivery
  • Restricted access locations
  • Courier delivery protocols

will not be considered valid grounds to dispute delivery.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Charges vary based on weight, destination, and product type

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Duties Unpaid) basis.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional charges imposed by authorities

FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Additional charges applied at destination

8. Additional Charges & Surcharges

For international shipments, additional charges may apply after order placement due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges
  • Fuel surcharges or carrier adjustments
  • Remote area or special handling charges
  • Emergency surcharges due to geopolitical events (including war, sanctions, or route changes)
  • Currency fluctuations or regulatory changes

All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If any additional amount is required to complete delivery, the customer is obligated to pay the requested amount.

Failure to pay such charges may result in:

  • Shipment being held, returned, or abandoned
  • No refund or compensation
  • Deduction of applicable charges from any eligible amount

FaisalFabrics.pk will not be responsible for any dispute, delay, or non-delivery arising due to non-payment of such charges.

Additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per Section “Additional Charges & Surcharges”.

9. Partial Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately
  • Delivery timelines may differ for each item

No additional claims will be accepted due to split shipments.

10. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept order

FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct applicable shipping and handling charges
  • Restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) access

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact details

FaisalFabrics.pk will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

12. Dispute & Complaint Window

All complaints or disputes must be reported within: ➡️ 24 hours of delivery (based on courier tracking status)

  • Any claim raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Delivery delays do not qualify for refund, cancellation, or dispute.
  • Personal timelines, events, or expectations (including Eid, weddings, or gifting purposes) are not valid grounds for dispute.

13. Policy Updates

FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.

14. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this Shipping Policy.
