ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. Labeling and Packaging: Faisal Fabrics reserves the right to use its own labeling and packing materials on any product purchased, regardless of the brand.

CUSTOM STITCHING SERVICES

• The Desired style (length or pattern) as shown in the model shoot can't be achieved due to limitation of fabric availability sometimes.
• FaisalFabrics.pk does not take any responsibility of custom stitching claim as these are crucial and solely furnished on customer request. We offer unstitched option as well. Customers confused with their sizes/complex requirements can go for unstitched option
• Any Stitched product will NOT be entertained for refund / exchange or return.
• The embellishments used in the stitching is as per availability in the local market (for example laces, ribbons, buttons, tassels, Pearls, etc.). Brands often use custom-designed embellishments on dresses for model shoots. Hence we try our best to get and use the closest-looking embellishment available in the local market.
• Sometimes there is a case that the suit in the catalog picture is stitched using more than 1 suit (extra fabric is used, or sometimes 2 suits are used); in that case the most identical design would be made using the single suit you have purchased.
  3) In case any measurements are not submitted, the tailor will use his judgement and will adjust according to the rest of the size.
• It is a very common practice of Brands to use extra lighting and photo effects during the model shoot. Which results in varying the catalog image from the actual fabric color. In that case, Faisal Fabrics is not responsible for the change. We can only assure the product's originality and not the actual color.
• Order(s) placed with custom stitch option are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Minimum 50% deduction will be done in case of cancelation request received within 24 hours, after 24 hrs order can't be cancelled.
• It may not be necessary that the embellishments shown in the image can be exactly applied to the suit. However, we will try to procure the most identical embellishments available in the market which will be of top quality and finishing.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Pakistani copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

DISPUTE
FAISAL FABRICS is not responsible for any kind of dispute files by customer(s).
