Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy.

At FaisalFabrics.pk, our goal is to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all customers, while protecting both buyer and seller interests under our marketplace model.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a refund request.

1. Refund Eligibility:
 
FaisalFabrics.pk operates as an exchange-first platform. Refunds are not offered by default, and may only be processed under the following exceptional conditions:

  • The product was never delivered, or confirmed as lost/damaged in transit.
    ⚠️ If the courier marks the order as “Delivered,” the customer must notify us of any non-receipt within 24 hours. No refund or complaint will be accepted after this time.
  • A return request was approved as per policy and the product was received back in acceptable condition.
  • platform-side error occurred (e.g. duplicate payment, stock-out cancellation by FaisalFabrics.pk).
  • The customer’s request falls within our defined complaint window (usually within 24 working hours from delivery) and meets all other conditions.

All refund decisions are subject to:

  • Full inspection and approval by our team after evaluating the case
  • Product being returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Refund amount being limited to the product price onlyshipping, stitching, COD service charges, and bank/platform fees are non-refundable

Refunds will only be processed if the request fully complies with FaisalFabrics.pk’s complete set of policies, including return, stitching, shipping, and cancellation rules.


2. Refund Timeliner:
Once your return request is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

3. Refund Method:

Payment Method Refund Route
Credit/Debit Card Refunded to the same card (in PKR)
Bank Transfer / Western Union (our fault only) Refunded to a Pakistani bank account
Any other case (or not our fault) Coupon or Store Credit issued for future use


4. Currency Conversion & Exchange Rate:

  • All refunds are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), regardless of the original payment currency.
  • If your card was charged in another currency (e.g. USD), your bank/card issuer may convert the amount at their current exchange rate.
  • Refund will be made in PKR based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund, not the original purchase date.
  • FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for any gain or loss caused by currency conversion differences between payment and refund date.

5. Platform/Bank Charges:

  • A flat 3% deduction will be applied on all paid order refunds, as these are non-recoverable charges imposed by our payment gateway (Shopify, banks, etc.).
  • In case of cancellation of a paid order within 24 hours, a 5% deduction applies.
  • If a stitched/custom order is cancelled (within 24 hours and only if stitching has not begun), minimum 50% deduction applies.

6. Dispute & Chargeback Conditions:

  • Customers must raise any non-delivery, missing item, or refund concern within 3 calendar days of delivery as per tracking records.
  • After this window, no refund or chargeback will be entertained.
  • In case of any dispute or chargeback claim filed through card or bank, FaisalFabrics.pk will present official courier tracking and order logs to defend the transaction.
  • No refund claims will be entertained for delays caused by courier, brand-side processing, stitching time, or personal events (Eid, weddings, etc.).

7. Important Notes:

  • Refund amount excludes: shipping charges, stitching charges, COD service fees, and platform fees.
  • Partial paid and pre-booked orders are not eligible for refund.
  • FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

8. Order Cancellation Due to Incomplete Payment:

  • If you select Bank Transfer as a payment method, you must complete the full payment within 1 business day of placing the order. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
  • If your order is marked as “Received at Faisal Fabrics Warehouse” and 50% payment has been made, you will be contacted to clear the remaining balance.
    If payment is not completed within 1 business day, FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to hold or cancel the order.
  • In both cases, no refund or product claim will be accepted after cancellation due to unpaid balance.
  • Faisal Fabrics has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
