RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All orders placed on FaisalFabrics.pk are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Exchange & Return Policy.

Important:

• Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable by default unless explicitly approved under policy conditions.

• Complaints regarding damaged, incorrect, missing, or delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of the courier delivery status.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for all product-related claims.

• Stitched/customized products are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• International orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Courier charges, payment processing charges, stitching charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.

• Approved returns (if applicable) require the product to be returned to FaisalFabrics.pk within the defined timeline and in original condition.
