Exchange and Return policy

FaisalFabrics.pk operates as a multi-brand marketplace. All exchange and return requests are subject to strict review and approval to ensure fairness and operational feasibility.
1. Policy Overview
All products are not eligible for return or exchange by default.
Return or exchange will only be considered in limited cases where:
- The issue is valid (approved by FaisalFabrics.pk)
- Reported within the 24 hrs after delivery.
- Complete Unboxing Video
👉 Return or exchange does not guarantee a refund
All refund decisions are governed strictly by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All requests are subject to approval by FaisalFabrics.pk. Approval is not guaranteed.
2. Complaint & Reporting Window
All complaints must be reported within:
👉 24 hours of delivery (based on courier tracking)
- Requests after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances
- Courier tracking status will be treated as final proof of delivery
3. Required Proof (Mandatory)
To process any claim, the following is required:
- Complete unboxing video (from start to finish)
- Clear product images
- Order details
❌ Claims without complete proof will not be considered under any circumstances
4. Eligible Cases
Return or exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing item(s)
5. Resolution Method
If the request is approved:
- Replacement First: Replacement will always be prioritized
- If Replacement Available: Same item will be provided
- If Replacement Not Available: (store credit or refund) will be provided strictly in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy and at the sole discretion of FaisalFabrics.pk
6. Non-Eligible Items & Conditions
The following are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:
- Change of mind
- Liking or disliking the product
- Pre booking articles.
- Delivery delays
- Event-based reasons (Eid, weddings, etc.)
- Size or fitting issues
- Minor color variation (up to 10%) due to lighting or screen differences
Additionally:
- Items purchased from Sale or Discount sections
- Product add-ons (including trousers, dupatta, accessories)
- Accessories, jewelry, innerwear, and fragrances (hygiene items)
- Stitched or customized products
FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for:
- Color bleeding, print damage, or fading caused by washing or improper handling
7. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
If the returned item:
- Has missing tags
- Has damaged packaging
- Shows signs of use, washing, or alteration
👉 It will be rejected and returned back to the customer without any exchange or refund
8. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed:
- No return, exchange, or refund will be applicable due to customer-requested changes, including:
- Removal of items
- Removal of stitching or add-ons
- Shipping changes
- Fee or charge adjustments
9. Shipping & Charges
- All courier and shipping charges (local and international) are strictly non-refundable
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (unless issue is verified)
10. Stitching / Made-to-Order Items
- Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Variations due to fabric or design limitations are not defects
- Customer-provided measurements are final
👉 Delays caused due to customer inaction (e.g., not providing measurements) are not valid grounds for any claim
11. International Orders
- Not eligible for return or exchange
- Any resolution (if offered) will be at the sole discretion of FaisalFabrics.pk
12. Return Requirement & Process (Mandatory)
If a return or exchange request is approved:
- The customer is required to return the product to FaisalFabrics.pk at the provided return address
- This applies to both local and international orders
👉 Important Conditions:
- The product must be dispatched within 3 calendar days of approval
- Valid courier tracking details must be shared within this period
❌ If the product is not returned, or tracking is not provided within the defined timeframe:
- The request will be automatically cancelled
- No exchange, refund, or resolution will be provided
👉 Important:
No claim, refund, exchange, or dispute will be entertained without receiving the product back, unless explicitly approved by FaisalFabrics.pk.
13. Dispute & Policy Enforcement
- Any request not meeting the above conditions will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or dispute
FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any request
- Make the final decision in all cases
14. Policy Updates
FaisalFabrics.pk reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
15. Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy.
