SHIPPING POLICY


We strive to deliver products purchased from FaisalFabrics.pk in a highly specialized manner — sanitized, modestly packed, and delivered promptly.

1. Shipping Timelines:

  • Local Shipments (Pakistan): You can expect to receive your order within 3–5 business days after it leaves our warehouse (for unstitched products or ready-to-ship items).
  • International Shipments: International orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch (for unstitched or non-custom items).

Stitched or Made-to-Order Products:

  • Delivery for stitched/custom orders includes two parts: (1) dispatch timeline (visible on product page), and (2) stitching timeline (usually 4–6 working weeks) which starts only after product arrives at stitching unit and all required sizing details are submitted.

Important Notes:

  • Customs clearance, holidays, country-specific import laws, and courier delays can impact international delivery times.
  • For international orders, additional ±3 weeks fluctuation is possible depending on country regulations and brand-side dispatch timelines.

2. Express & Estimated Dispatch: Dispatch timelines are visible on every product page. These are system-calculated based on vendor type (FF/Vendor) and stitching status.

If a customer orders a stitched item that has an estimated dispatch date, the stitching process will only begin after that date, and only after complete measurements are provided.

3. Delays & Exceptions: If any delay occurs, FaisalFabrics.pk will inform the customer. Delays are acceptable and cannot be used for disputes or refunds.

  • Faisal Fabrics will not pay any damages or refund for delays arising due to any of the following reasons: brand-side delays, courier issues, customer inaction, unforeseen operational circumstances, holidays, or force majeure.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, unexpected delays in shipments may occur. FaisalFabrics.pk shall not be held responsible for delays caused by Federal/Provincial government orders or amendments that are beyond our control.

4. Delivery Proof: FaisalFabrics.pk provides only electronic/digital delivery proof — such as courier tracking status, delivery remarks, and timestamps — for all local and international orders. No physical or signed delivery receipts will be provided unless available via the courier.
If the order status shows “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received, the customer must notify FaisalFabrics.pk within 3 calendar days of the delivery date via email or WhatsApp.

  • No claims of non-delivery, missing items, or failed delivery will be accepted after this 3-day window.

📦 All delivery-related refund decisions are governed by our REFUND POLICY. Please ensure you report non-delivery within 24 hours of courier marking it delivered.

Important: In certain cases, the courier may not be able to obtain a physical signature due to delivery restrictions (e.g. contactless delivery protocols, COVID protocols, building or access limitations, etc.) Such operational limitations will not be considered valid grounds to dispute the delivery.

In these cases, the courier’s official tracking update and delivery status will be treated as final and legally valid proof of delivery.

⚠ FaisalFabrics.pk will not be held responsible for any chargebacks or refund claims initiated after the complaint window. We will defend all such cases using the courier’s tracking records, in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, and merchant dispute policies.

5. Customs, Duties, and VAT: All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties Unpaid). Customs and import charges must be paid by the customer. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening/inspection by customs.

6. Stitching Variations: There may be slight variations in stitching due to fabric limitations and available embellishments. We strive to use the closest possible alternatives. Detailed stitching policy can be viewed here: STITCHING POLICY

7. Dispute by Customer: All complaints or disputes must be submitted within 24 workinh hours from the date the tracking status shows “Delivered.” Any complaints or issues — whether related to delivery, product, or service — will be assessed strictly in accordance with FaisalFabrics.pk policies. Any dispute raised after this 24 hours period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

As per FaisalFabrics.pk policy, no refund, return, or chargeback will be applicable once this 3-day window has passed.

Important: No dispute or claim shall be accepted based on personal events, occasions, or expectations (e.g., “the suit didn’t arrive before Eid,” “it was a gift,” “I needed it for a function,” etc.). Delivery timelines may vary due to operational or brand-side reasons, and no order can be disputed on the basis of delay alone.

FaisalFabrics.pk shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by such delays. Delays are not valid grounds for any refund, return, or chargeback.

This policy is binding and enforceable under Visa, Mastercard, and issuing bank dispute resolution frameworks. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and waives the right to raise any delivery-related dispute beyond the allowed timeframe.

Approved returns (if applicable) must be sent to the official FaisalFabrics.pk return address after prior confirmation.
