Unpaid COD Orders:
In Case of COD order(s) customer(s) can request for cancellation before order confirmation.

Paid Order:
Can be cancelled with in 24 hrs of the order confirmation, after that it can't be cancelled.
*5% of the order value will be charged as associated bank and transaction cost(s) in case of paid order cancellation request within 24 hrs, 

Pre Booking/New Launches:
Payment received as a token for confirmation of new launch/pre-booking is not refundable. Pre Booking or partially paid orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Paid Custom Stitch / Made to order:
Order(s) placed with custom stitch option are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Minimum 50% deduction will be done in case of cancelation request received within 24 hours, after 24 hrs order can't be cancelled.

Partial Paid:
Any partial paid order(s) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

Faisal Fabrics holds the right to charge cancellation fees if cancellations are reported after 24 hours.

• In case you want to cancel your Customized/made-to-order outfit out of serious and genuine circumstances after this time period since your purchase then Faisal Fabrics holds the right to deduct 50% of total purchase as a fee for cost of production, labor, and machinery paid to designer and partner brands.
• In case bank deposit is chosen as an option for payment, then the customer needs to clear the pending balance amount within 1 business days or else their order will be automatically cancelled.
• Once the order is “Received at Faisal Fabrics Warehouse” and 50% of the amount is paid by the customer against their order, Faisal Fabrics will call the customer and notify them to clear their balance payment within 24 hours of time. If a customer fails to pay the balance amount within the above given time frame, Faisal Fabrics has the right to hold his inventory for a particular time. After that Faisal Fabrics holds the right to cancel the order.

Faisal Fabrics has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
