FaisalFabrics.pk is a curated fashion marketplace that offers both unstitched and stitched options from various brands. Our stitching services are carried out with professionalism and attention to detail. Please read the following policy carefully before selecting a stitching option.


🧵 Stitching Terms

  • Complaints & Claims: No claims will be entertained after 48 hours (2 days) of order delivery.
  • Return & Exchange: Stitched products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Measurement Tolerance: A variation of 0.5 – 1.5 inches is acceptable due to fabric nature and stitching techniques.
  • Fabric Utilization: Stitching is done as per the fabric provided. If extra fabric is required due to design or size, the customer will be informed.
  • Style & Design Limitations: If the requested style is not feasible due to fabric limitations or design complexity, our designer will apply the best possible modification using tailoring judgment without prior notice.
  • Color & Embellishment Variations: Slight variation in color, embroidery, or embellishment placement may occur due to fabric type, screen differences, and handwork nature.
  • Customer Responsibility – Custom Stitching: If you choose CUSTOM STITCH, it is your responsibility to submit accurate measurements. FaisalFabrics.pk will not be responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect/incomplete forms.
  • Defective Items: If there is an error in stitching from our end, the issue must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery for review and resolution.
  • Measurement Deadline: If custom measurements are not provided within 3 months, the order will be dispatched unstitched, and stitching payment will be added as wallet credit (non-refundable).

1. Stitching Options Available

Customers may choose from:

  • Standard Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, XL (based on our size chart)
  • Custom Size: You can submit your own measurements via email to sales@faisalfabrics.pk after placing the order.

If no measurements are submitted, the selected standard size will be stitched using best-fit tailoring judgment.

2. Stitching Timeline

  • Every custom stitch order takes 4 – 7 working weeks from the date of confirmation for standard size orders. For custom size orders, the timeline begins once accurate measurements are received from the customer.
  • Stitching duration is counted in addition to brand launch and processing time.
  • Delays due to fabric unavailability, missing measurements, courier issues, or brand-side delays may affect the overall dispatch timeline.

3. Advance Payment & Confirmation

  • Stitching orders are only accepted with advance payment.
  • Full advance payment is required for all custom/manual orders.
  • Orders will proceed only after payment is verified and (for custom size) measurements are submitted.

4. Stitching Variation Disclaimer

Slight variations in design, lace placement, or embroidery may occur due to:

  • Fabric limitations
  • Availability of local embellishments (laces, buttons, tassels, etc.)
  • Tailoring method and cut style

Model images are often styled using multiple suits or additional accessories. We use one suit per outfit unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Non-Cancellation & Non-Return Policy

  • Stitched orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed and confirmed.
  • Stitching orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order, a minimum 50% deduction will apply. No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours.

6. Measurement & Fit Responsibility

  • Custom size stitching requires the customer to send accurate measurements.
  • If incorrect, incomplete, or no measurements are submitted, the tailor will proceed using professional judgment based on the selected size.
  • FaisalFabrics.pk is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate or delayed measurements.

7. Color & Image Disclaimer

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to:
    • Lighting during brand photoshoots
    • Device screen display differences
  • We assure product originality, but not exact color match with catalogue images.

8. Customer Communication & Updates

  • Customers will receive updates via email or WhatsApp in case of any delay, clarification, or issue.
  • For stitching-related queries, write to us at sales@faisalfabrics.pk.

9. Dispute & Claim Policy

  • Stitching-related complaints must be submitted within 3 days of parcel delivery.
  • Claims based on personal preferences (e.g., "I don’t like the style") or event timelines (e.g., "It didn’t arrive before Eid") are not valid.
  • No claims will be accepted after a product has been used or stitched.

By placing a stitched order, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms mentioned above. This stitching policy is designed to provide clarity, transparency, and fairness to all customers of FaisalFabrics.pk.
